Strange weather

Isn't it funny how the weather affects ones mood. Most everyone knows that when it is spring and the sun is shining our moods elevate; and when it rains for days on end we tend get moody a little depressed and eat too much; that good old "comfort food"! Today is a bit cloudy but what a great day to sit outside and absord some sunlight it really lights one spirits!

Another month passes and we are two months into the new year, amazing how fast time flies the older we get.
Valentines Day is in 2 weeks everybody does anyone know what Valentines Day really is?
